Hungarian Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks in Geneva

Dr. Imre Gonda, vice-head of the Trademark and Design Department of the Hungarian Patent Office, has been elected on the proposal of the regional group of the Central European and Baltic States as Vice-Chair on the first day of the 19th session of the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks being held between July 21 and 25, 2008 in the framework of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva. By this, the existing active role of Hungary is expected to further strengthen at international level in the field of intellectual property.
