Our customer service aims at providing you - to the best of our colleagues' ability - with information on patent, utility model, industrial design and trade mark application procedures and answering all your questions relating to the copyright. Our service is based on the laws and decrees in force.

Our services:

• We provide methodological help to answer the general questions in the field of the industrial protection relating to applications and forms of protection; we put our publications, guides and applications forms of Hungarian Patent Office at the clients' disposal.
• We provide information, upon request, personally, by phone, letter or fax, shaped to the client's demands. our help is based on the documentation search of the whole stock of the library, due to the close cooperation with the Patent Library
• We also help our clients to interpret the laws and regulations relating to forms of protection and we answer the questions concerning application procedures.

Our colleagues, having judgment practice and professional references of many years, are prepared to answer your questions to your satisfaction. Our services are free of charge except the copying service.
