How to search protected plant varieties?

Data of Hungarian protected plant varieties may be searched in the database called PIPACS on the website of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office. In addition to this, the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office issues every year the Hungarian Plant Varieties Gazette which contains plant variety applications and granted plant variety protection. The publication is available free of charge at the customer service.

For making international search on plant variety applications, the database called UPOV-ROM is at the disposal of interested persons at the customer service.
