Glossary of Industrial Property Terms

Trademark

Trademark protection can be granted for any signs, which can be represented graphically if they are capable of distinguishing goods or services from others' goods and services. ( Act XI of 1997 on the Protection of Trademarks and Geographical Indications, Article 1)
