The database of revocation procedures contains the revocation procedures following the patent granting procedure retrospectively to 1970, in the Hungarian language. The full text of the decisions of the Hungarian Patent Office and orders of judicial fora can be read and searched. The database displays the final decisions, the effective claims and the legal grounds for the revocation procedure, as well as the parties to the procedure and their representatives. In addition to patents, the database also contains revocation procedures relating to transitional protection and plant variety protection.
