How to search?
The search is not case-sensitive.
Each search term should contain two alphanumeric characters at least.
The terms may contain special characters:
? : replaces any character anywhere
* : replaces an optional number of characters within one word
AND : logical and (with capital letters, space before and after)
The program searches with accents.
Information on the fields
Title and main claim |
It is possible to search for each word of the title and the main claim. The operator AND should be used between several words of the same field to increase the accuracy of the search results. |
Applicant, right holder |
In this field, data elements of name type can be searched by each word of the personal names and company names. |
IPC codes |
This classification comprises 8 sections from A to H. The codes may only begin with these letters. (Clicking the term "IPC codes", the list of classes of each section can be found.) |
Reference number of the application |
The format of reference numbers is UYYNNNNN, where U means the title of protection (Utility model), YY represents the last two digits of the year, NNNNN represents a five-digit serial number, padded with leading zeros, e.g. U9500264. |
Registration number |
Five digits, padded with leading zeros, the most recent ones begin with 800, e.g. 00833. |
